This unit has our commercial grade pneumatic lemon smasher and a 6-section wedger all in one so you can wedge and juice right in front of your customer! The Smasher is our newly designed model in chrome or neon yellow with a solid sharkstooth puck and joystick valve! The wedger is an NSF approved model mounted on our custom stand making it a breeze to wedge the lemon straight into a cup!

American made commercial grade cylinder (not reconditioned or China made)
Custom made 5 1/2″ rod extension (no lemon juice gets on our rod)
Internal wipers and bumpers (internal cylinder parts for longer life)
Oversized splash guard (no splash passes our guard)
Commercial joystick valve (no spring to wear out or stick over time)
Inline adjustable speed control (control the speed of the downward stroke)
NEW! Commercial grade metal fittings
Sharks tooth puck without bottom hole (makes more zest and is easier to clean)
NEW! Form fitting, top-mounted Lexan front splash guard
NEW! 2 Splash Guards on the shaft to prevent splashing!
Clear plastic guard on bottom to protect base (sugar and lemon juice are like sand paper)
Powder coated chrome or neon yellow (the health department likes a clean look)
